A: Our standard minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, and we support fully customized designs—including component colors, printing, and decorative finishes such as matte coating. For some models, we can offer a reduced MOQ of 5,000 pieces for the first order. Please reach out to us for the exact MOQ for your specific model.

Q: What decoration can you do?
A: Printing, hot stamping, coating, metallization, labeling are availble for us.

Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: Several pcs of stock samples can be provided for free at early project stage.

Q: Can you provide mold tooling service?
A: We have complete tooling workshop for turnkey tooling service, including mold design, production, test and maintaining. We promise for your custom shape and good use experience.

Q: What's your customized shape tooling procedure?
A: Customized shape tooling requirement→ technical drawing→ Prototype→ Payment for tooling cost  Finished sample →sample approval.

Q: What's your lead time for  sampling?
A: Normally our lead time for sampling is about 15- 20 days, which is also up to customer's decoration.

A: Normally our price is based on FOB Jiangmen, China.

A: Generally speaking, 40% deposit before production, 60% balance before shipment.
